K.I.S.S.

Remember seeing this saying in the past? It seems ... well, simple.

I thought of it today when I was getting dressed for church. I had an outfit in mind, but it just didn't work. So, I put on black pants, a creme sleeveless shirt and looped a spice-color patterned shawl around my neck.

As I was sitting in class, I realized that clothing should be viewed in the realm of this old saying, "Keep It Simple, Stupid." That's what all of the very fashionable people do, sticking with clean lines, few color combinations and accessorizing smartly.

So, what I learned today is that this saying applies to much more than meetings, parties, and writing. It can pretty much apply to the entire enchilada.
