Bully in 'da Hood!

My son is being bullied at school. Just floors me. So, I sent an email to his father today:

(Father's name),
Chase has mentioned to me several times that (son's name) is being a bit of a bully to him. Shoving him in the halls, threatening to beat him up and the like. I dismissed it the first couple of times because it just didn't seem like the (son's name) I remembered from soccer. Can you handle this for us, please?
Thanks,
Carmen

Wasn't that nice? Those of you who know me will be so proud of me at that nice, nice tone. And let me go ahead and say, if you live here, DO NOT ask me who this parent or child is. If I wanted you to know, I would have told you already and I will only embarrass you by telling you that it's none of your damn business. Back to the story.

Father's reply:

I'm sure it's just (son's name) trying to bluster and tease/play with them. We all like Jack & Chase, and cutting up with them. Regardless, we'll handle it.
Thanks

Now, maybe it's just me, but I wanted a little more...let's say...oomph! "Yes, we will handle this. We do not tolerate this kind of behavior and, while it may be just playing around, I will make sure this stops immediately." Something like that.

Here is what I WANTED to write back to him:

"Thank you for handling this. Although your email sounds as if you are not taking this as seriously as I think you should, I am sure the principal and counselor of the school will be more than happy to address it. You have until the end of the week to rectify this before I began "Bully Assault Development and Strict Submission" tactics. Also known as BADASS."

Don't upset Mother Bear.
