Dreams

Dreaming

Aren't dreams weird? One night I will dream something totally explainable, like something from a move that I watched that night, and the other night, I will dream something shocking, like being in high school again and not knowing what my schedule is.

I found out this week that a coworker and I dreamt of one another on the same night. Isn't that strange? What does that mean?

Sometimes I think dreams mean nothing, especially when I am pooping on a porch swing in the middle of Dollar General and no one seems to notice...and other times I think they must have deep meaning. Some people dream they can fly. I dream that I can breathe under water.

I had a recurring nightmare for years, but haven't dreamed it at all since ... well, I don't remember when.

The pooping in public, I dream that often. At least once a month. What does that mean? Some references indicate that it means that feel exposed. I would agree with that. When I dream that all of my teeth are falling out, I figure that I am probably grinding my teeth as I sleep. When I am in school and can't find my next class, or know that I didn't do my homework, or I have forgotten my locker combination and can't even remember where my locker is, for that matter, what does that mean?

Sometimes a snake is just a snake, and it may mean that I feel a bit lost and unprepared. That makes sense to me. Not that I have some deep desire to go back in time to my high school years and right some wrong or find some sort of meaning in those days gone by.

Whichever you choose to believe, I think we all agree that dreams are just plain weird, and very entertaining, for the most part. The whole thing makes me tired.
