Dreams are so bizarre

Sweet dreams are made of this
Who am I to disagree?
Travel the world and the seven seas
Every body's looking for something

Remember that song by the Eurythmics? I love Annie Lennox...

I had the weirdest dream last night! My grandmother was in it, telling me that I needed to finish college, and I told her I only had one class left. But the whole thing confused me because I knew that I already had my degree, and didn't know what I had to take to get another one, and I didn't know which degree was was going for.

Then, my friend Lori in Vermont showed up with pink eye. But we weren't at my grandmother's house, we were on the escalator in the conference center in Washington DC, where I have not been in years. She had on glasses, trying to hide it so she could go to work, but I knew she had it and I didn't want her around me.

Freud says that a dream represents a fulfilled wish. Rubbish. I do NOT wish pink eye on my friend Lori, I do NOT want to be at the conference center in DC, and I do NOT want to go back to school. Freud also said that sometimes a cigar is just a cigar. I guess he realized that not everything in a dream means something.

Many times, I dream things that I think should be made into movies. I can't think of one right now, but the next time I dream something great, I will let you know. Or something weird, I'll let you know that, too. Like today was weird.
