I think one of the reasons I am so annoyingly happy all the time is because I try to see the goodness that surrounds me.
Jesus: First and foremost, of course, is the love/forgiveness/mercy/blessing of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. It permeates everything else. Without Him, I feel that we wouldn't have anything else. And it would be empty, besides.
Strat, Jack and Chase: Healthy, happy, good friends, active in church, all of them have accepted Christ and been baptized, they have good hearts, like spending time with their family, make good grades, are respectful...
Jim: Jim was made just for me. He is attentive, loving, giving, worries the house stuff, worries the money stuff, loves the boys and wants to do things as a family, loves his family, is a great dad to Laura, a good worker, good Christian man...
My Family: I am blessed that all of my family is close. Mom and Dad are very active and important in the lives of the boys, Aunt Diner and Uncle Jackie love the boys like they were their own grandchildren, my grandmother is still alive (which amazes people) and healthy/active/witty/sharp as a tack, Dad's sisters are in Huntsville with their families. We don't see them as much as we could, but that mainly because they stay on their side of the river and we stay on ours. haha Dad's side of the family must be where I get my need to be a homebody.
"Stuff": I am so very thankful for our home, jobs, automobiles, food, the ability to pay our bills and still have a little left over, we are all educated and have strong minds. We don't have everything we want, which is the way it should be...but we have everything we need and MOST of what we want.
