

To me, nothing epitomizes my generation like Sid and Marty Krofft. Brothers from Canada, they were puppeteers who worked both in vaudeville and the circus! You just can't get any better than that. I have read that they were "inspired" from much drug use, but they both vehemently denied it. One of them even said, "We're bizarre, that's all."
Among my favorite Krofft productions were HR Pufnstuff and Land of the Lost. I remember The Bugaloos vaguely, but not as one of the ones I had to watch. A lot of their shows were very "campy" and low budget, but perfect for kids like me.
