How stupid can people be?

I took the boys to the dentist the other day, and I noticed that my dentist got a new vehicle. I know it's his because it's under one of those portable car covers. Anyway, my jaw just dropped when I saw it.

Now, I know that people have loves and desires and have dreams of owning certain things. I don't begrudge anyone their goals...for example, Jim has always wanted a certain model of Toyota 4Runner from the early 1990's. A little impractical, but if we can get one for him, I'm all for it. However, this new vehicle of my dentist's is just over the top stupid. Here's what he got:
